Google Reservations Integration

Take direct bookings from Google Maps and your Google Business Profile

TablePing bundles three Google integrations together: two-way reservation sync with Google Calendar, a reservation URL on your Google Business Profile, and Reserve with Google Booking Server API endpoints. When a customer finds you on Google Maps, they can book without switching apps.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your Google account

Link your Google account and Business Profile via OAuth under Settings → Google Integrations.

  2. 2

    Turn on Google Calendar sync

Reservations are written to Google Calendar; changes made in the calendar also flow back into TablePing (two-way sync).

  3. 3

Publish your Reserve with Google / Business Profile URL

The “Book” button on your Google Business Profile links to your TablePing reservation page or the Reserve with Google flow.

Why this integration?

  • Customers can book without ever leaving Google Maps
  • Two-way Google Calendar sync — lowers the risk of double-booking
  • Reachable through Google Business Profile with no extra app to install

Frequently asked questions

Does Reserve with Google require Google’s approval?
Yes — Reserve with Google requires going through the integration partner approval process; TablePing provides Booking Server API endpoints that meet those requirements.
Is the Google Calendar sync one-way?
No, it’s two-way: reservations created in TablePing are written to the calendar, and cancellations/changes made in the calendar flow back into the reservation.
Which TablePing plan includes this integration?
Google integrations are included in the Pro plan. See /en/fiyatlandirma for current plan details.
