Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using TablePing (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. A binding agreement exists between the registering restaurant (“Customer”) and TablePing.

2. Service Description

TablePing is a SaaS platform for reservations, guest notifications, digital menus, floor management, integrations, and analytics. Features vary by plan.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for accurate account information and password confidentiality. Report unauthorized access immediately.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a restaurant customer you must:

• Process guest data lawfully for reservation purposes
• Obtain consents required for WhatsApp/SMS messaging
• Keep menu pricing and availability accurate
• Manage staff access appropriately

5. Billing

Plan fees are listed on our website. Free tier limits may apply. Paid plans bill monthly/yearly. Price changes require 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

TablePing owns the platform and brand. Customers receive a limited license during subscription. Restaurant content remains customer property.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or abuse the service
• Send spam or fraudulent reservations
• Access others’ data without authorization
• Launch attacks that disrupt the platform

8. Availability

We target high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced.

9. Limitation of Liability

TablePing is not liable for indirect damages or guest disputes. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

Either party may close the account. We may suspend access for violations. Data export may be requested upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction.
