1. Payment Service Provider
Online payments on TablePing (takeout orders, reservation deposits, subscriptions) are processed via iyzico Payment Services.
Card data is not stored on TablePing servers.
2. Scope
Payments may include:
- Takeout / delivery order payments
- Reservation deposit payments
- TablePing subscription fees
3. Agreements
You must review:
- iyzico User Agreement
- Preliminary Information Form
- Distance Sales Agreement
- TablePing Terms of Service
- TablePing Privacy Policy
4. Security
iyzico uses PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure with SSL encryption.
5. Refunds
Refund policies follow each restaurant’s rules. TablePing acts as a technology platform.
6. For Restaurants
Restaurants are onboarded as iyzico sub-merchants. Sandbox mode is available during application review.
