About TablePing

TablePing is built by a small Turkey-based product team headquartered in Istanbul. We shape the product together with working restaurant operators, driven by feedback from the floor.

Our primary market is small and mid-sized restaurants in Turkey; through the English (/en) and Arabic (/ar) sites we are also used by independent restaurants across Europe, the US, and the Gulf.

We do not charge per-reservation commission. Restaurants pay a flat monthly fee; cost does not rise with cover count. Subscriptions are billed in Turkish lira (₺) via iyzico for every market.

We focus on preventing no-shows rather than punishing them: automated reminders, one-tap cancellation, deposits, and a waitlist.

Blog posts and guides are written by the TablePing product and restaurant-operations team. Every post shows its publish and update date and is revised when the product or the industry changes.

Pricing, commission, and third-party platform figures are not stated as concrete numbers unless that platform documents them publicly.
