Waitlist
A waitlist lets a guest queue for a time slot that is currently full and be notified automatically when a table opens up.
A waitlist serves both walk-in guests and online requests that could not be fulfilled. When a cancellation or no-show frees a slot, it is offered to the first guest in line.
A well-run waitlist recovers tables lost to no-shows and keeps occupancy high.
